HOW IT WORKS

    Fill it out & submit

    Enter the stock #, customer, vehicle, work owed and any parts, then hit Submit — from your phone or computer.

    The PDF builds itself

    A finished We Owe PDF is generated automatically and saved to the We Owe Automation folder in SharePoint.

    Jim & Drew get the approval

    An approval request goes to Jim and Drew — whoever responds first approves or rejects it.

    Everyone gets notified

    On approval, Krista and the person who submitted it get an email with the signed PDF attached. Manager initials and the date are added by hand at delivery.
